1. Stenographer Grade III: 04 posts
2. Junior Clerk cum Copyist: 11 posts
3. Junior Typist: 03 posts

Educational Qualification:
Applicants those who are willing to apply
for posts no. 1, 2 & 3 should have passed 10+2 class or its
equivalent, Diploma in Computer Applications, should have passed Odia language Test
and shorthand speed of 80 WPM and typing speed of 40 WPM and for posts
no. 3 & 4 candidates should have passed 8th standard.
Age Limit:
Applicants' age for the
posts no. 1, 2 & 3 should be in between 18 years to 32 years and for
posts no. 3 & 4 should be in between 18 years to 37 years as on
31-07-2014. However the upper age limit relaxation will be given to the
candidates of ST/ SC/ SEBC/ Women by 5 years and PH candidates by 10
years.
Application Fee:
Applicants those who
are willing to apply
for posts no. 1, 2 & 3 are required to pay the application fee of
Rs. 100/- through Treasury Challan under the head “0070 – Other
Administrative Services – 01- Administration of Justice – 501 – Services
& Service Fees- 0010- Charges for Service provided- 02177-
Examination Fees for recruitment conducted by Orissa District &
Subordinate Courts. However the candidates are exempted from paying the
application fee those who are applying for posts of Peon and sweeper.
Selection Procedure:
Applicants' selection
will be made on the basis of Written Test, Shorthand/ Type Writing Test
(for Posts 1 & 3), Computer Science Test (Practical) and Viva Voce
Test as per the post.
